Fargo Express LLC acts as a licensed transportation broker and arranges vehicle transportation services with independent motor carriers. Fargo Express LLC is not the motor carrier transporting the vehicle.

Broker Service Fee / Deposit

A broker service fee or deposit may be required to schedule and arrange vehicle transportation. This payment is applied toward the total quoted transportation price unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellation Before Carrier Assignment

If the customer cancels the order before Fargo Express LLC assigns a carrier and before dispatch has been confirmed, the broker service fee / deposit may be refunded.

Cancellation After Carrier Assignment

Once a carrier has been assigned and dispatch has been confirmed, Fargo Express LLC has performed brokerage services. At that point, the broker service fee / deposit becomes earned and is non-refundable.

Cancellation After Pickup

Once the vehicle has been picked up by the carrier, the broker service fee / deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining transportation charges, delivery issues, delays, damage claims, or service-related matters will be handled according to the carrier’s bill of lading, inspection report, applicable carrier terms, and applicable law.

Failed Carrier Assignment

If Fargo Express LLC is unable to assign a carrier within the agreed timeframe, the customer may request cancellation and a refund of the broker service fee / deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Estimated Pickup and Delivery Dates

Pickup and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing. Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, carrier availability, or other circumstances outside Fargo Express LLC’s control do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
